Strategies and Alliances for Companies Marketing to Men
Since 2008, GuyRilla’s Marketing Summits have helped participants initiate valuable collaborations with established industry leaders and groundbreaking entrepreneurs. These events feature accomplished speakers and panelists who candidly discuss trends driving men’s behaviors and attitudes towards products and services.
GuyRilla fills the room with trendsetters and established professionals seeking B2B opportunities — strategic networking, co-promotional partnerships, and market insights. Some prior event attendees include Sunglass Hut, Estee Lauder, MLB, Ogilvy, College Humor, Wiffle Ball, and Fila. Examples of former speakers include Microsoft, NBA, Maxim, Nike, NFL, J. Crew, ESPN, NHL, ABC’s Shark Tank, Warrior Sports, and Comedy Central.
Doug Schulkin founded GuyRilla Marketing Group in 2008. His passion to connect, educate and inspire entrepreneurs is the driving force behind GuyRilla’s success. He also founded and sold Status Flow, a lacrosse-lifestyle clothing company now based in New York, NY. Via Status Flow, he worked directly with a number of lacrosse teams and programs throughout the country, including the national governing body of the sport, U.S. Lacrosse. Status Flow has been featured by nationally recognized publications such as Thrillist, Inside Lacrosse, Lacrosse Playground, Baltimore Magazine, and Harvard Crimson.
Doug graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Public Relations. While there, he was elected president of the school’s club lacrosse team. Under his leadership, the team played two national title games and earned an undefeated national championship season.
